How did they fix broken bones in the old days?
In the old days, they would always get into fights and what not. If they broke bones, how, if they could or did, would they fix them?
Pulled them back into place and then tied a stick on them.All of this was done without pain killers.Most people passed out when getting the bone put back into place.

Simply put, splints. two sticks up the side of the affected area, and a couple pieces of cloth to hold them in place.

Most were pulled and set..compared to what they do today using surgery for some.
Severe fractures were delt with amputations.
