		<description>You can&#039;t make a bruise go away or anything like that. A bruise is broken vessels underneath the skin bleeding. That&#039;s what causes the bruise. I&#039;ve never heard of if you don&#039;t treat a bruise they reappear. I&#039;m thinking that&#039;s a myth. But if you have swelling you can take care of that by icing the injured area for 20 minutes on 20 minutes off for the next two hours.
