I have huge bruises on my arms from my brother. How do i get rid of them quickly?

Well, I'm 16 and my brother is 15. We have seperate dads, and he has always had anger problems. He has taken it after his dad. We got in a fight and he held my arms very tightly. Now there are bruises as big as my fist on my arms. And one on my leg. Is there a way to get rid of them quick?

Sorry, no short cut here. Your immune system will break down the blood to remove it. Thats why bruises change color.
