What should i do about old bruises that leave bumps?
i have many bruises on my legs from playing softball and there are still bumps there even though the discoloration is gone. Is there anything that will help the lumps to at least descend a little?
Warm baths should take the swelling out now that the bruising is gone. Even some light massaging of your legs should help.

push back your cuticles. stick something underneath your nail bed to loosen it from the tip of your finger slightly (not so much that you make it bleed).
scabs and bruises…go tanning. The scabs will go away faster and the bruises will blend in with the tan.

If the bruises are recent(less than 24 hr) you need to put cold packs over them , if they are more than 24 hr you have to put warm packs over them .also you need to go to doc to have antibiotic cover and at last cover them with makeup

Put a spoon in the freezer for 20 minutes or so then push bottom side of the spoon on the top of the bruise for five minutes. It will be gone within 4 hours.

You can't make a bruise go away or anything like that. A bruise is broken vessels underneath the skin bleeding. That's what causes the bruise. I've never heard of if you don't treat a bruise they reappear. I'm thinking that's a myth. But if you have swelling you can take care of that by icing the injured area for 20 minutes on 20 minutes off for the next two hours. But nothing is going to make a bruise go away, it will go away on it's on.
Why would I be getting random bruises without any injury to explain them?

You should have your blood checked. I don’t know if it has anything to do with your hepatitis, but it could be leukemia. That’s how my mom found out she had it was that she kept bruising really easily. Good luck. I will be hoping that it is nothing serious. Take care.

Well, I'm 16 and my brother is 15. We have seperate dads, and he has always had anger problems. He has taken it after his dad. We got in a fight and he held my arms very tightly. Now there are bruises as big as my fist on my arms. And one on my leg. Is there a way to get rid of them quick?
