Are there any laws in regards to how many spinal taps (lumbar punctures) can be given in a certain time frame?
How many in what amount of time? I live in NY but can't seem to find if there are any laws in NY regarding this!

Lumbar punctures have been done since the early 1900's. However, they should only be done by a qualified MD…not always a family physician.
Are car rubber tires more resistant to punctures and flats when they are fully inflated with air?
Puncture resistance has little to do with inflation pressure. An over-inflated tire will however be more prone to belt damage from impacts with pot holes, curbs and such.

What are the best tyres to use to avoid punctures in a hybrid bike which may be used at times off road?
I ride with Bontrager's on mine, switching to cyclocross tires for the winter months due to the huge amount of traction sand dumped on the roads here. The Bontrager is a great road tire, but I found the first time I hit a gravel spot on a bike path the rear tire got cut. The bike shop where I bought them, though gave me 50% off on the replacement tire, as he felt that shouldn't have occurred.

How do you repair punctures on pushchair wheels? Do you think Halfords would do it?

I tried to fix mine with duct tape cause its strong and durable but she just doesn't look the same the tape is an eye sore. Is there anything I can do to restore her condition?
that's awesome…have you tried band aids? you can even try the liquid band aids. it's clear and you won't be able to see the band aid just in case the band aid is an eye sore too.

What is a breathable fabric that will stop simple punctures/ impact?
What is thin a fabric that would be able to stop something on the scale of a nail hammered or glass pushed through it? Or how would it be made? What materials/ processes? It would also have to be breathable for integration into clothes.

Can someone please please tell me why I continually get punctures on my rear tyre?
I have cycling for over a year now, have a Carrera Gryphon-Have checked wheels etc though just cant seem to find problem-Many of the punctures are actually facing into the wheel rim!!
1. pinch flat – Keep tires pumped to max.
2. rough spot etc. on the inside of the rim, rim tape missing or damaged. It will continue to scrape and flat tubes over and over.

Why do I always get punctures in the back wheel?
9 times out of 10, if I get a puncture it is in the back wheel. Had to push the bike home today because of yet another puncture.
The front tire “sets up” the foreign object so that it can penetrate the rear tire. There is also more weight on the rear tire, helping the object to drive through the tire’s body, each rotation like one of a hammer’s multiple blows to drive in a nail.
