I had a efc of zero going under my mom’s income so i don’t have anything to pay for college this semester… I also have tuition reimbursement.. The thing is Can i still submit my grades and cost of classes and get the money back or will the college let my employer know financial aid covered it?

No the college can't tell your employer anything. Only you can do that. If you tell them, then you tell them. If you show them something on a piece of paper that grants paid for your tuition, then you are telling them… not the school.

When you get a copy of your bill from the school, be sure to get what you need…. which is not necessarily what they hand you. If your financial aid summary is also listed on the bill, ask that they remove it or print an alternative statement with this private info removed.

Be aware, many employer policies can be very specific. Some may say that you have to disclose this information to get any benefits at all. Read what it says carefully (and understand it) before deciding to go to school under a tuition "reimbursement" policy.
