How do I help a minor burn that hurts really bad without very many first aid supplies?

i also can't go to the store or pharmacy right now so i need to have the answer now so please if you have any ideas write it down on yahoo answers!

Do NOT apply Noxema or ice directly on a burn. Run it under cold water. If anything soak it in a bowl with water and ice. Cold is good, but ice by itself will actually increase the burning sensation. If you see bumps or something that looks like a water blister seek medical attention.
