How do I cure lacerations?
I'm not even sure that's the right term, but they're inside my mouth, if that's it, well I've had it for about 2 days and it gets worse by the minute, any help would be great.
Thanks.
rinse with warm salt water, it helps with the healing and pain, if it persists, you should see the doctor.

Lacerations are cuts; from paper cuts to slitting your throat. if you scratched up your mouth, rinse it every few hours with watered down hydrogen peroxide or salt water. If it's really sore rub some Anbesol [generic equivalent] aenesthetic on them. If it's worse than minor [like constant bleeding] see your doctor or dentist.

Do a web search for apthous ulcers. That's probably what you have – depressingly there are only barriers and topical anesthetics to numb it. No cure.
Good luck!

Ulcerations (10 days)
Make sure you get plenty of rest, and stay very hydrated. There are many viruses that cuase ulcerations. Almost every one goes through periods in their life where they get one outbreak after another usually lasting several months
there are many causes usually viral, Its a complex process. Considering the mouth is fastest healing skin in the body. Ulcerations Caused by viruses take relatively long to heal. I think you need to wait it out, 7 days of pain, 3 more days for it to go away completely
