Do you think medical care in China is better than America?

From unprofessional viewpoints (most of us here are not doctors) or professional views, the efficiency of medical care, the knowledge of skilled doctors, their skills, the procedure of diagnosis and treatment, the availabilty, even the expense of medical services in China, is better than those in America/Canada/Europe or not? Have you ever had experience on it? What do you think of it? Thanks.
