Even if Dipolog doctors are competent, they would not have the right tools or equipment to properly diagnose your child's ailment. Dipolog is a small city. In Mindanao, probably Davao would have a better medical facility. Though in my city in Cagayan de Oro, most hospitals are now expanding but I am not sure if it includes their equipment. A lot of patients from nearby provinces visit my city for their medical needs, mostly Muslims from Lanao. Both places are nice, clean and safe smaller cities with good hospitals and good private schools. Both places have doctors that are U.S. trained and private hospitals that are up to U.S. standards.
