Is there a good way to heal minor scrapes fast?

Just like the top layer of skin gone. How do i get it to heal quickly? Do things like neosporin help with this?

some cream that kills germs (non-sting is possible)

and try not to touch it or let anything dirty touch it, also put a bandage on.

dont scratch it when its becoming a scab.

    5. Neosporin may help expedite the healing process..also, if you have access to an Aloe plant, you can use that..
