What's it called when the barber basically scrapes the hair off with a small razor instead of cutting?
and what does this do to my hair? btw i like it when they fix my hair this way.
no no it's like a small razor blade (non-electric) and it's like making layers in the hair.
It almost sounds like your talking about a fade??

It's called a razor cut. It leaves soft, edgy layers in the hair, adding lots of texture and volume if it is done right.
