German shepherd sprained my ankle

my dog stood on my ankle I can walk ok but it is still swollen and it hurts like mad to touch it

Hi my stood on my ankle 5 days ago i can walk on it fine now but around the bone is still a bit swollen and i cant touch it cause it hurts real bad i also get pins and needles and my foot goes dead cauld this be a sprained ankle
