Dog favouring leg after getting it caught

My dog has a vest that she wears at night in the winter becuase she is a short hair that sleeps outside. I think she tried to scratch her belly because when I woke up a few mornings ago her back left leg was stuck inside the vest up along her belly. When I took the vest of she didn’t use the leg for a few hours so I just figured she had pins and needles. It’s been a few days now and she’s still favouring it and sometimes won’t use it at all. If she has sprained it, is there anything I can do?
