Did I sprain my wrist?

I was walking the dog today and my wrist twisted when the dog twisted the rope twisted around my leg. It hurt when she did it, but I didn’t pay that much attention to it, now it looks different than the other wrist which means it mighjt be swollen, it is tender, it hurts when it pushes down on it and when I move it around, it also feels warm. What do you think is wrong, I saw someone on t.v sprain their wrist and it reminded me of how much my wrist hurt. I have sprained my right one before and my left one now feels similer to when I did that. I also get a burning sensation in the wrist when I turn it to the side. Do you think that it is sprained, how badly and what should I do for it.
It also aches all the time

Is it possible sprain?

Posssible sprain?
This morning we took my (8 year old, 188 lb. dalmation) dog to the vet to have his **** glands expressed, he had a minor infection, gave us some antibiotics, my dog was perfectly fine. Then just now, he walks outside and randomly ‘yelps’ and started limping(left front paw). I checked his paw thoroughly, applied pressure all the way up his arm but nothing seems to bother him, he stopped yelping but he’s still sorta limping and not wanting to apply pressure to his front paw.

Could he have sprained it? the day before a little dog wandered into out yard and my dog started playing with him for a while? could this have caused a sprain or something, or maybe he just mistepped? I’m kinda freaking out, and annoyed since we JUST came from the vet and they are closed for the next few days…should i be worried?

>I have found this interesting question:  I am only 17 and ive sprained my ankle for about 20 times already in both ankles.

The numerous sprains you experienced in your ankles gives you a much higher chance of respraining them and also decrease overall function such as how fast you can run, jump, quick foot work, or any other activity dealing with your ankles.

I strongly recommend that you consult with your medical doctor who can refer you to a physical therapist. You need to strengthen your ligaments, and muscles. You also need rehabilitation to reprogram your brain on how to gain proprioception (balance) and fine motor control over those ankles. Over time, you’ll regain your ability.
